2.4.2.2 Now allows users to run with no Dock Icon correctly. Also fixed a crashing bug for pre OSX10.6 users when choosing statusitem menu rather than the Dock menu. Fixed up a few minor issues regarding the status menu and preference window.

TopHat Apps Menu takes the traditional app launcher to the next level. It’s unobtrusive global status menu (on the right side of the menubar) provides access to your favorite apps, your most accessed apps, and optionally, the apps you’ve opened in the past day, week, month or any time period you choose.

TopHat Folders Menu has similar functionality, only for folders. Add folders to your "Favorites" list and drill down through hierarchical menus.
